  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-10 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (excluding holidays).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as your location, the shipping carrier, and any unforeseen delays.

2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all jewelry orders within Canada. No minimum purchase required!

  • Free Shipping: All jewelry orders qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Note: While shipping is free for all orders, expedited or express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry items may require additional processing time. The estimated production time will be provided when you place your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your order’s progress.

4. Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow the status of your delivery. You can use this tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to get real-time updates on your order’s location.

6. Shipping Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays) can cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.

If you experience any issues with shipping, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure shipping address or shipping to a location where someone can receive the package.

8. Order Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy. Jewelry purchased from our website can be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in new, unworn condition. Customized jewelry is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
