Steps to create the custom designed jewelry:

1.The “Templates” tab is where you start your design.
Here, you can select from various customizable base templates, from rings and pendants to charms. Think of templates as your starting point—a foundation you can personalize to create your unique piece.

Skip templates if you want to create a design purely with an element or a stone.

2.Once you’ve selected your template, head to the “Basic” tab to start refining your design's material, finish, and size settings.
The Basic tab is where you set the foundation for your design’s material, finish, and measurements. This is where you’ll start refining the look and feel of your selected template.

3.After setting your basics, head to the “Stones” tab to add gemstones and other decorative elements to your design.
The Stones tab lets you add gemstones to your design. Choose from various stone shapes, settings, and types to customize your piece with sparkle and color.

4.Once you’re happy with your Stones, proceed to the “Elements” tab to add custom SVGs designs to your piece.
The Elements tab is where you can add icons, symbols, and decorative shapes to your design. You can upload your own .svg files or browse a library of icons.

5.After adding elements, go to the “Text” tab to include custom text or initials in your design.
The Text tab lets you add custom text to your design, which is perfect for adding initials, names, or messages.

6.After adding text, head to the “Components” tab, if you need, to add functional elements like earring posts or bails.
In the Components tab, you add functional parts to your design, such as earring posts, bails, and jump rings. These components help connect and complete your jewelry piece.

7.After adding components, go to the “Applied” tab to review all your customizations in one place.
The Applied tab summarizes all the elements you’ve added to your design. Here, you can review and adjust everything you’ve customized, from stones and text to components and elements.

8.When you’re ready to finalize your design, head to the “Confirm Order” on top of the page to place an order and add any additional information you require us to consider before finalizing the order.

How to Order Your Custom Jewelry: Simple, Personal, and Detailed

Create Your Design
Start by designing your custom jewelry with easy-to-use design software. You’ll have complete control over selecting the metal (gold, platinum, etc.), gemstones (diamond, sapphire, ruby, etc.), and any other design elements (engraving, texture, etc.). The software lets you view your design from every angle to ensure it’s precisely what you want.
There are step-by-step guides available under “Help Topics” within the design software.
Once you're satisfied with your design, we’ll review it together and provide a detailed quote, including the total cost of materials, labour, and the expected timeline for completion.
Design Confirmation & Final Adjustments
After reviewing your design, we’ll send you a 3D rendering or digital mock-up of your jewelry piece for final approval. This is your chance to make any last tweaks—changing a gemstone or adjusting the size.
Once you confirm everything looks perfect, we’ll lock in the design, pricing, and delivery schedule.
Secure Your Order with a 50% Deposit
To move forward with creating your custom jewelry, we require a 50% deposit based on the agreed-upon price.
You’ll receive an invoice with detailed payment instructions (via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal). Once the deposit is received, we’ll begin sourcing your gemstone metals and preparing for production.
Crafting Your Jewelry – We’ll Keep You Updated
With the deposit, we’ll start bringing your design to life. This includes sourcing high-quality materials, cutting gemstones, and handcrafting your piece with meticulous precision, ensuring the highest quality.
Throughout the production process, we’ll send you progress photos or videos of your jewelry being made—whether it's the gemstone setting, metalwork, or final polishing. This ensures you're involved every step of the way.
Final Payment & Delivery
Once your piece is complete, we’ll notify you and send an invoice for the remaining 50% balance.
After we’ve received the final payment, we’ll carefully package your jewelry and ship it to the address you provided, or we can arrange for local pickup if you’re nearby. If shipping is required, we’ll provide tracking information and delivery updates.
Follow-Up & Aftercare
After your custom piece arrives, we’ll ensure you’re pleased.
We’ll also send you care instructions to help keep your jewelry in excellent condition, providing you with the peace of mind that your jewelry will continue to shine for years to come.
